Our History

THG’s flagship hospital, Al Tayseer International Hospital, is the largest standalone hospital in the Delta region. Since it was founded in 1997, it has quickly grown to draw patients from all over the Delta, Canal Cities, and the Sinai Peninsula, and has become the first resort for patients from across the region for both acute and planned operations.

Al Tayseer has been building its reputation through its 24/7 fully staffed emergency department and specialty centers. The hospital hosts most of the group’s centers of excellence, including the largest Centre for Urological Surgery and Andrology Clinic in North Egypt, Hepatology and Gastroenterology Center, Cardiology Unit, and Centers of Excellence for Renal diseases. Al Tayseer is also the first hospital to own a licensed private blood bank in the Delta region
